Description
• Enhance ease of use to expand client adoption • QA new capabilities and datasets • Regression test existing capabilities at upgrade cycles • Prioritize and Manage Product Release Schedule • Contribute to Product and API documentation • Perform product demonstrations to prospective and existing customers (on-demand and proactively) • Perform API usage demonstrations using SQL, REST, and Python to prospective customers • Measure Data & Feature usage • Gather customer business requirements and feedback around market data access and trading analytical requirements • Promote and facilitate regular communication between teams and customers.
Requirements
• 2-5 years of Capital Markets FinTech or Real Time/Historical Market Data Data Feeds experience • 2-5 Years SQL & Python Experience. (or kdb / q) • Previous experience undertaking Quality Assurance (e.g. functional and regression testing) • Understanding of Time Series Market Data and Analytics • Managing Subscription Products and Retention Rates • Detailed oriented, ability to meet deadlines and effectively prioritize workload • Previous experience working with a global resource team • Passion for success and excellence
