• Partner with product and application development to identify friction and pain points • Champion observability, monitoring, performance tracking and alerting • Communicate complex ideas laterally and vertically throughout the organization • Help build a culture of continuous improvement in engineering practice • Program and write maintainable scripts/applications for process automation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or engineering • 3-4+ years of relevant experience with cloud-native SaaS organizations • Experience with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform) • Proficient at scripting in bash or python • (Bonus) Previous experience at a dynamic FinTech, high growth startup
