Description

• Design, scope, and propose tailored solutions, ensuring alignment with existing product capabilities and customer goals • Engage with implementation-stage enterprise wealth management customers in both Canada and the US to understand their business processes, pain points, and technology needs • Lead discovery sessions with strategic customers to better understand and document requirements for configuration, integration, and customization of the OneVest platform • Leverage patterns and structures to streamline building workflows, configurations, and adding new integrations • Serve as a subject matter expert, providing leadership on technical design and direction for customer solutions • Work closely with cross-functional teams to adjust architectural patterns as client needs evolve • Uplevel the team and individual engineers through through technical mentorship, best practices, and knowledge sharing • Set high standards for technical and operational excellence, ensuring solutions are scalable, reusable, and secure • Share client knowledge and insights with internal teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role • Expertise in modern tech stacks, with hands-on experience in TypeScript, Node.js, and MongoDB • Experience working with complex and configurable SaaS platforms with a strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, and infrastructure • Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of organisations of varying sizes and complexities • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • History of leadership and mentorship for other teams, providing technical guidance and best practice expertise • Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
