• At Online Marketing Gurus, we specialise in delivering exceptional digital solutions that drive measurable results for our clients. • We are seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager to join our growing team. • This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in managing web development and UI/UX design projects. • You will be responsible for leading projects from concept through to completion. • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. • Lead and manage web development and UI/UX projects across major CMS platforms. • Develop comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with client requirements. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are executed to the highest quality. • Oversee the UI/UX design process. • Serve as the main point of contact for clients. • Monitor project progress, budgets, and risks. • Conduct post-launch reviews, gathering client feedback and implementing lessons learned.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Digital Project Manager, preferably within a digital or development agency. • Strong understanding of web development processes, technologies, and tools, with hands-on experience managing projects on platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, and other CMSs. • Solid background in UI/UX design management, ensuring user-centred design principles are applied effectively. • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong client relationships and managing stakeholder expectations. • Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms. • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) is a plus but not essential. • Must be willing to work in AEST/ AEDT timezone
