📋 Description

•We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote CRM Coordinator to manage and optimize our customer relationship management (CRM) system. •The ideal candidate will ensure that all CRM data is accurate, up-to-date, and used effectively to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth. •You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer support teams to streamline processes and maintain customer interactions through the CRM platform.

🎯 Requirements

•Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field. •Experience: Prior experience in CRM management or coordination, ideally in a remote setting. •Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho), and understanding of data management best practices. •Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams. •Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. •Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues quickly and effectively.
