β’ We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Agent to join our team. β’ The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data across various systems and databases. β’ This role requires a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and confidentiality. β’ If you have excellent typing skills, are proficient with data management tools, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
β’ Typing Skills: High typing speed with accuracy is essential. β’ Attention to Detail: Ability to spot inconsistencies or errors quickly and take corrective action. β’ Organizational Skills: Capable of managing and organizing large volumes of data systematically. β’ Technical Skills: Proficient with data entry software, Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel), and other database management tools. β’ Data Management: Understanding of data entry best practices and experience working with large datasets. β’ Time Management: Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high accuracy. β’ Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal teams and provide clear, concise information. β’ Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues as they arise. β’ Confidentiality: Strong understanding of data privacy regulations and the importance of keeping sensitive information secure.
β’ Medical Insurance: The coverage begins for the employee the on the first of the month following the first full 30 days of full-time employment for employees and their eligible dependents. Cost to the employee to participate in the plan varies by the coverage selection and the number of dependents; and may be subject to collective bargaining agreement. The employee may also elect to opt out of the County's medical insurance if proof of coverage is provided.
