• Job Title: Financial Analyst and Reporting Specialist (1099 Contractor) • Location: Remote • The client specializes in providing fractional CFO services to subscription-based companies, empowering them with financial clarity, operational excellence, and strategic insights. • They focus on delivering KPI dashboards, enhanced financial reporting, compliance optimization, and board reporting. • The company is looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented contractor to handle back-end financial analysis and reporting. • This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless financial modeling, analysis, and reporting while leveraging advanced tools to improve efficiency and automation. • Responsibilities include building and maintaining advanced financial models, developing KPI dashboards, automating manual processes, conducting detailed financial analysis, and supporting FP&A functions, among others. • Communicating findings and recommendations effectively to internal and external stakeholders is essential. • Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of accuracy and timeliness.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CFA certification is a plus. • Strong accounting foundation with at least 5 years of experience in FP&A or a similar role. • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling. • Expertise in Excel, Power Query, and tools like ChatGPT for automation and analysis. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Proficient communicator with the ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly. • Familiarity with modern financial software and systems is a plus.
