β€’ Develop clear, concise, and engaging UX copy for retail and pharmacy experiences, including product pages, checkout flows, prescription services, and digital health tools. β€’ Optimize funnel conversion through strategic messaging, A/B testing, and data-driven copy improvements. β€’ Conduct UX research, competitive analysis, and user testing to refine messaging and improve content engagement. β€’ Leverage research methodologies such as heuristic evaluations, card sorting, and usability testing to assess the effectiveness of copy. β€’ Work closely with UX researchers and data analysts to test and iterate on content based on user insights, heatmaps, and analytics. β€’ Create content that is compliant with healthcare regulations while maintaining an engaging and consumer-friendly tone. β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including legal, compliance, marketing, customer service, and product leadership, to ensure alignment on messaging and regulatory requirements. β€’ Define and maintain a consistent voice and tone across pharmacy and retail experiences while adapting to different customer personas. β€’ Use conversion optimization tools (e.g., Google Optimize, Optimizely, Unbounce, Crazy Egg, or VWO) to refine copy for engagement and sales. β€’ Leverage A/B testing platforms (e.g., Google Optimize, Optimizely) to measure performance and iterate on content. β€’ Apply SEO and keyword optimization strategies using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Clearscope to enhance discoverability. β€’ Partner with engineering teams to ensure proper implementation of copy within digital products. β€’ Lead and mentor junior copywriters, establishing best practices and guidelines for UX writing.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of UX writing, content strategy, or copywriting experience, preferably in retail, healthcare, or e-commerce. β€’ Proven track record of improving funnel conversion through strategic UX copy. β€’ Strong experience in collaborating with stakeholders, balancing business goals with user needs. β€’ Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to refine content. β€’ Proficiency in copywriting tools for funnel optimization, user research, and A/B testing. β€’ Experience with conversion copywriting methodologies, including PAS (Problem-Agitate-Solution) and AIDA (Attention-Interest-Desire-Action). β€’ Strong understanding of user psychology, accessibility standards, and microcopy best practices. β€’ Experience working in an Agile product development environment. β€’ Ability to balance persuasive retail messaging with regulatory requirements for healthcare and pharmacy content. β€’ Excellent communication and presentation skills to advocate for UX writing best practices.
