Description
• Lead, motivate, and inspire teams of engineers • Recruit, retain, and develop engineers • Manage and coach teams of engineers • Ensure the teams’ success by removing roadblocks • Assist Engineering Leadership team on cross team initiatives • Partner with Design, Product Management and Project Management teams • Lead in promoting the needs of the Engineering team • Track, produce, analyze, and action upon key metrics • Foster a proactive technology culture that is responsive to business needs
Requirements
• BA/BS in Computer Science or closely related degree or equivalent practical experience • 6+ years experience managing a team strongly preferred • Experienced at organizing agile software teams • Demonstrated coding and design proficiency in at least one modern programming language like JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python • Comfortable working and leading a team remotely
