Description

• Partner with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide technical sales support for strategic deals in complex sales cycles • Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products and services to customers • Lay technical traps against the competition • Maintain demo system infrastructure, utilizing new product release information from Engineering • Facilitate proof of concept pilots for prospective customers, working collaboratively with Sales • Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to support customer delivery and technical scoping for the entire project lifecycle • Manage all technical aspects of RFP, Security Review, and RFI responses • Be our technology expert and advise customers on leveraging Oomnitza, the Technology Database, Reporting, Dashboards, and Workflows to automate the technology management process

Requirements

• Proven work experience of at least 3-5 years as a Sales Engineer in a SaaS organization • Proven track record supporting complex enterprise solutions for a Sales team • Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives • Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies (cloud architecture, API Integrations) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent presentation and creativity skills
