• Support developer velocity with an emphasis on protocol developer tooling and infrastructure • Optimize continuous integration build and test times • Work in public and across engineering teams to tighten the development feedback loop • Ensure our development stack is delightful, reliable and built in the open supporting both internal and external contributors

Requirements

• Desire to build an industry-leading development experience for internal and external teams relying on our code • Prior hands-on experience with or exposure to development of decentralized protocols • Experience working with Docker and optimizing Docker builds • Experience with Kubernetes • Experience developing with Go • Experience making software work on a variety of platforms and operating systems with emphasis on resource usage and monitoring • Willingness to learn from and adapt quickly to the needs of your teammates in a fast-paced environment • Familiarity with monorepo-based software development
