Description

•We believe Ethereum has the potential to solve some of humanity’s most crucial coordination issues •At present, the most pressing bottleneck to the growth of Ethereum is its performance and scalability •We are building the most elegant solution to this problem •OP Labs is building Optimism mainnet, and by extension, the infrastructure that powers all OP-Stack chains •We are improving Ethereum’s performance by orders of magnitude and donating the profits from doing so to funding Ethereum public goods •We’re looking for experienced smart contract engineers to play a crucial role in developing and securing the Optimism Collective's blockchain infrastructure

Requirements

•Proven experience as a Solidity Developer with a strong portfolio of deployed smart contracts •In-depth knowledge of the EVM and Ethereum development tools •Proficiency in Solidity, with a deep understanding of smart contract development patterns •Strong understanding of security practices in smart contract development •Strong understanding of cryptographic principles •Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
