📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • We are seeking a talented and bilingual Japanese Customer Service and Sales Representative. • Provide outstanding support to Japanese-speaking clientele while driving sales growth. • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both Japanese and English. • Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution in a courteous manner. • Ensure high customer satisfaction through personalized assistance and proactive follow-up. • Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend solutions. • Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and close deals. • Translate documents and communications between Japanese and English. • Work closely with various departments to ensure smooth interactions and order fulfillment.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • Fluency in Japanese (N1 level) and English, both written and verbal. • Previous experience in customer service and/or sales preferred. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
