📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • OP360 is seeking an Automation Manager to optimize business processes and improve operational efficiency through automation solutions. • Key Responsibilities include: • Develop and implement an automation strategy aligned with company goals. • Lead and manage a team of automation specialists. • Conduct thorough assessments of existing processes to identify automation opportunities. • Select and implement automation technologies. • Establish and maintain quality control measures. • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for automation initiatives. • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and client-specific requirements. • Manage relationships with automation software and technology vendors.
