• Our Senior Research Consultants are essential contributors to our team. • They work across various projects and own specific projects, deliverables, and timelines. • You will lead and coach people in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary, global organization. • Guiding and mentoring junior and mid-level consultants on evidence synthesis and (trial) data analysis projects • Reviewing project reports and other deliverables • Adhering to project budgets and timelines • Leading client interactions and outreach to ensure client satisfaction • Leading requests for proposals and supporting the growth of the business through the development of strong client relationships • Managing and mentoring junior staff members • Developing, implementing, and maintaining internal processes and quality standards • Keeping up to date with the latest developments in the field • Disseminating and integrating new methods into the business • Contributing to thought leadership and publications

Requirements

• Master’s Degree or PhD in any relevant science, such as health economics, econometrics, economics, pharmacy, epidemiology, statistics or medical sciences • Highly experienced within the field of HEOR, with hands-on experience in trial data analysis, evidence synthesis, and familiarity with analysis positioning in the context of health economic modelling, reimbursement dossiers, and health technology assessment submissions • Experience with leading data analysis and/or evidence synthesis projects, including: • Bayesian network meta-analysis, including non-proportional hazard methods and meta-regression • Population-adjusted indirect treatment comparisons, including matching-adjusted indirect comparison, simulated treatment comparison, and multi-level network meta-regression • Survival analysis, including flexible and innovative methods not limited to landmark survival analysis and methods for incorporating external data • Utility analysis to inform health economic models • Bespoke statistical modelling of clinical trial patient-level data to inform health economic models • Analysis of surrogate endpoint • Intellectual curiosity and independence, to include the ability to self-start and self-teach • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) along with the ability to question the status quo • Ability to clearly communicate complex (statistical) methods to other team members and external stakeholders • Proactive, responsive and able to balance shifting priorities • Team player, but also able to work independently • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Full proficiency in MS Office programs: Excel, Word, PowerPoint • Experience with statistical software: R (version control, RMarkdown, and Shiny would be an advantage), STAN (or equivalent MCMC simulation software)
