• The Developer Experience team ensures developers are successful using OpenAI tools. • Looking for a Developer Advocate to engage and support developers in their needs. • Create technical content and sample apps to demonstrate OpenAI's API capabilities.

Requirements

• Strong full-stack engineering background, with experience building with AI and LLMs. • Proven track record of engaging with developers to help them find success with API-based products, and building developer communities. • Deep user empathy and understanding of what’s required for a great product experience. • Creativity and passion for exploring new ways to connect with developers. • Pride in crafting delightful developer tools and high-quality demos and sample projects. • A history of creating documentation, how-to content, and code that help developers. • Ability to write high-quality code and documentation for developer success. • Ownership of problems end-to-end, willing to learn to get the job done. • Team player with a collaborative mindset. • Ability to move fast in loosely defined environments with competing priorities. • Experience with or strong interest in AI ethics and safety.
