📋 Description

We are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented AI-Enabled Risk Services Analyst to join our cutting-edge team • This role combines the traditional responsibilities of a loss control specialist with those of an ergonomist, leveraging our advanced AI and Computer Vision technologies to revolutionize workplace safety assessments. • Conduct remote audits of client sites using our AI/Computer Vision-based solutions • Analyze video footage to identify potential safety hazards and ergonomic risks • Develop comprehensive risk reports and mitigation strategies based on AI-driven insights • Support other team members in loss analysis and client meeting preparation • Present findings to lower premium clients and help drive adoption of mitigation strategies • Create scalable training and education resources (IE Toolbox talks) for our customer base • Align with Product/CSM team to design scalable programs to drive customer engagement and mitigation adoption • Stay current with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in workplace safety

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Ergonomics, Industrial Engineering, or related field • At least 3 years experience in loss control, risk management, or Industrial ergonomics • Demonstrated proficiency in using technology tools and software commonly used in risk management, data analysis, and reporting • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technology applications • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets • Excellent written reporting and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
