• Create TV scripts for advertising using humorous language. • Create content for online Paid media with short, objective, and clear messages, using persuasive and humorous language. • Making sure the team of copywriters will follow brand guidelines, tone, messaging strategy, and business objectives. • Communicate effectively with graphic designers and video editors, guaranteeing the quality of execution according to the briefing. • Collaborate and work closely with other members of creative and marketing teams, in order to develop cohesive and impactful campaigns. • Proofreading and Editing: Reviewing and refining content for accuracy, grammar, style, and consistency. • Leading a team of copywriters. • Monitor results of the creatives, suggesting new ideas for continuous improvement. • Being on top of market trends of the creative industry, researching on a daily basis, benchmarking ideas, proposing innovative ideas, and keeping a rich cultural background and repertory. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines effectively. • Report directly to the Brand Manager.
• Conversational in English and fluent in Portuguese (mother language). • Advanced Spanish (desirable but no mandatory). • Bachelor’s degree in Social Communications, Linguistics, Literature or related areas. • Highly experienced in writing scripts for TV commercials in Brazil, with a strong ability to craft humorous content. • At least 3 years of experience leading teams. • At least 5 years creating copy for Marketing purposes, including Digital and Offline (TV Ads, Paid Ads, Newsletter, website, Folders, Flyers, etc). • Highly motivated, creative individual. • Results-oriented. • Adherence to tight deadlines while delivering flawless work. • Extremely detail-oriented, with clear and proven organizational skills. • Proficiency at MS Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint. • Experience with Project Management tools, such as Jira, Trello, etc and online communication tools such as Slack, Zoom (desirable but no mandatory).
