📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • OpenLoop is seeking Behavioral Health Counselors to provide virtual patient care with a high level of compassion and empathy. • Our patients are from many diverse backgrounds including race, ethnicity, LGBQT+, faith-based, etc. • Provide counseling with all ages and demographics • Appropriate documentation of encounter in EHR (Healthie) • Develop tailored care plans following each encounter • Adhere to established standards for documentation quality • Collaborate with patients to develop basic problem-solving skills and strategies
🎯 Requirements
• Masters in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or Mental Health Counseling REQUIRED • LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC licensure required for this position (Preferred) • Doctorate in Supervising Counseling, Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology or Mental Health Counseling • Active PSYPACT compact license, preferred • Preference for Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Mental Health Counselor licensure • Multiple Active State License(s) • Strong Communication and Diagnostic Skills • Access to Personal Computer or Laptop Computer with Webcam • Access to Telephone/Smartphone
