📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • OpenLoop is seeking telemedicine bilingual physicians to provide synchronous and asynchronous virtual patient care. • We provide care ranging from tele-urgent care, medical weight loss, primary care, and specialty services. • Our team of Clinician Advocates and full-service support staff are dedicated to helping you land the right virtual care positions aligned to your expertise, passions and schedule. • This is an incredible work opportunity in a fast-paced, innovative company that puts the patient first. • We hire clinical care professionals who deliver medical care using telemedicine modalities including video, phone, connected devices, and asynchronous messages (chat/email). • Bilingual Physicians are members of an interdisciplinary care team working as staff clinicians with OpenLoop. • They work independently and are responsible for diagnostic and therapeutic decision-making within the industry and locally established standards of care, clinical practice guidelines, and organization policies and procedures. • The scope of medical decision-making focuses on common conditions that would present within an episodic, acute, or primary care medical practice.
🎯 Requirements
• Board-certified physician (MD or DO) from a US-accredited medical school • Board-certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine • Must possess active, non-restrictive medical licensure in multiple states • MINIMUM of Active State Licenses: 5 • A minimum of TWO years experience as a practicing physician required • MUST have a current DEA Required • Fluency in Spanish • Must have no history of malpractice • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Outstanding clinical expertise, evidence-based practice • Competent in providing patient education at every visit • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Above-average comfort with technology and assisting patients with troubleshooting technical difficulties that may occur in the home environment • Timely and professional Telemedicine or virtual care experience a plus
