Description

• OpenLoop is looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our team. • This role will be a member of the Implementation team and will be responsible for implementing and managing clients in an OpenLoop service line care vertical. • Responsibilities include lead the technical implementation of client integration projects, ensuring a seamless implementation, troubleshoot complex integration issues, and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in systems integration, product or program implementation, or a similar technical role • 3+ years of experience leading end to end client engineering solutions projects with technical and operational teams in a start-up or healthcare environment preferred • Strong knowledge of integration technologies such as APIs, middleware, and ETL tools • Proficiency in programming languages highly preferred • Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) • Strong leadership and organizational skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Must be a proactive, quick learner with problem solving skills
