• Company: Opensend • Location: North America, Remote • Department: Product • Reports to: VP Product, Michael Sattler • Status: Contractor or Permanent • About Opensend: At Opensend, we turn data into customers through automated identity marketing. • Our cutting-edge SaaS platform empowers website owners with actionable visitor identity insights. • With our unique and fully compliant technology, clients can scale their online and offline advertising. • We transform unknown traffic into real business growth. • About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and adaptable Special Projects Manager to lead and execute strategic initiatives. • This role involves managing cross-functional projects, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. • You will support our mission by ensuring projects align with company goals, meet deadlines, and deliver measurable results.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). • 3-5 years of project management experience in a SaaS or technology-driven environment. • Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar). • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and data-centric projects. • Experience in managing technical teams and collaborating closely with software developers. • Experience with data analysis tools and practices, with a focus on driving data-informed project decisions. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing. • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and achieving goals. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. • Familiarity with data reporting and analysis tools (Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, AirTable) • Familiarity with interface design and process flow diagramming tools (Figma) • Knowledge of SaaS metrics and analytics, including customer acquisition, retention, and product usage data. • Portfolio of past project management plans.
