Description
•Manage a team of world-class designers at all experience levels focused on complex restaurant products across Web, iOS and Android •Be accountable for the UX output of your team and develop a strong perspective on your product area, successfully advocating for it across the organization •Partner deeply with product and engineering leads to build high-quality products, improve team processes and execution, and coach individual teams through setting roadmap and strategy •Run and improve team processes like standups and reviews •Advance your own skills as a people manager and as a strategic partner in a supportive and growth-oriented environment
Requirements
•2+ years of people management experience in Product Design •Experience working on complex, B2B products in a large-scale, product-led environment •Exceptional skills as a designer and strong ability to teach others •Ability to influence teams through excellent communication and storytelling skills •An understanding of what it takes to build great, user-oriented experiences •A strong visual design sense
