• Work alongside the Revenue Operations team to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives into sprints, and communicate with stakeholders about new enhancements • Build strong working relationships and in-depth knowledge of internal departments and their processes in order to identify areas of opportunity and recommend solutions • Overhaul business processes and design new automations to improve operational efficiency • Partner with Salesforce Admins and Engineers to implement multi-component solutions across Sales & Support Clouds • Operate as a liaison between the Global Sales & Services team and Product/Engineering org • Act as a Salesforce subject matter expert and driver of technical transformation • Support a team of remote Sales and Services team members who rely on SFDC daily to manage their customer interactions, territories, and pipeline
• 5+ years of Salesforce Lightning experience, with a focus on internal systems/business applications (Business and/or Technical Architect Certification preferred) • Experience managing Salesforce feature requests • Advanced skills building Salesforce reports/dashboards • Experience with Salesforce integrations, complex data storage models, and their implications • The capacity to grasp and learn new technical concepts quickly and independently • Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills • The ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing attention to detail and while consistently meeting aggressive deadlines
