β€’ OpenTable is an industry leader in hospitality technology. β€’ Enhance Salesforce architecture for effective support of restaurants and diners. β€’ Collaborate with multiple teams to optimize Salesforce usage. β€’ Make strategic recommendations on Salesforce solutions. β€’ Analyze, design, and implement workflows to boost revenue and user experience. β€’ Conduct training and provide documentation for various user types. β€’ Work closely with Revenue Operations to gather requirements and prioritize projects. β€’ Foster relationships within departments to identify opportunities. β€’ Design automations for improved operational efficiency. β€’ Act as a liaison between Sales & Services and Product teams. β€’ Provide support for remote Sales team managing customer interactions.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of Salesforce Lightning experience, with a focus on internal systems/business applications (Business and/or Technical Architect Certification preferred) β€’ Experience managing Salesforce feature requests β€’ Advanced skills building Salesforce reports/dashboards β€’ Experience with Salesforce integrations, complex data storage models, and their implications β€’ The capacity to grasp and learn new technical concepts quickly and independently β€’ Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills β€’ Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills β€’ The ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing attention to detail and while consistently meeting aggressive deadlines β€’ Sales Cloud and Service Cloud experience required β€’ Native Salesforce AI solutioning experience (Einstein Bots/Copilot/Service Agent) preferred β€’ Telephony solutioning experience (Service Cloud Voice) preferred β€’ Experience with Groove, Geopointe, Calendly, Marketo, and DocuSign is a plus β€’ Advanced skills in creating complex reports and dashboards in Salesforce Lightning β€’ Proficient in Excel, and with managing large data sets (Data Loader preferred) β€’ Ability to write clear, concise users stories and process changes/instructions β€’ Experience in Agile development methodology β€’ Experience with Lucidchart or other design applications β€’ Preferred Credentials: AI Specialist, Application Architect, B2C Commerce Architect, B2C Solution Architect, Data Architect, Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architect, Integration Architect, System Architect, Technical Architect β€’ Preferred Superbadges: User Experience, Lightning Web Components, Object Relationships, Flow Interactions, Process Automation Specialist, Duplicate Management, Data Validation, Admin Super Set, Service Cloud Specialist, Lightning Implementation Specialist, and/or Business Administration Specialist
