📋 Description

• OpenTable is an industry leader in hospitality technology. • Enhance Salesforce architecture for effective support of restaurants and diners. • Collaborate with multiple teams to optimize Salesforce usage. • Make strategic recommendations on Salesforce solutions. • Analyze, design, and implement workflows to boost revenue and user experience. • Conduct training and provide documentation for various user types. • Work closely with Revenue Operations to gather requirements and prioritize projects. • Foster relationships within departments to identify opportunities. • Design automations for improved operational efficiency. • Act as a liaison between Sales & Services and Product teams. • Provide support for remote Sales team managing customer interactions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce Lightning experience, with a focus on internal systems/business applications (Business and/or Technical Architect Certification preferred) • Experience managing Salesforce feature requests • Advanced skills building Salesforce reports/dashboards • Experience with Salesforce integrations, complex data storage models, and their implications • The capacity to grasp and learn new technical concepts quickly and independently • Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills • The ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing attention to detail and while consistently meeting aggressive deadlines • Sales Cloud and Service Cloud experience required • Native Salesforce AI solutioning experience (Einstein Bots/Copilot/Service Agent) preferred • Telephony solutioning experience (Service Cloud Voice) preferred • Experience with Groove, Geopointe, Calendly, Marketo, and DocuSign is a plus • Advanced skills in creating complex reports and dashboards in Salesforce Lightning • Proficient in Excel, and with managing large data sets (Data Loader preferred) • Ability to write clear, concise users stories and process changes/instructions • Experience in Agile development methodology • Experience with Lucidchart or other design applications • Preferred Credentials: AI Specialist, Application Architect, B2C Commerce Architect, B2C Solution Architect, Data Architect, Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architect, Integration Architect, System Architect, Technical Architect • Preferred Superbadges: User Experience, Lightning Web Components, Object Relationships, Flow Interactions, Process Automation Specialist, Duplicate Management, Data Validation, Admin Super Set, Service Cloud Specialist, Lightning Implementation Specialist, and/or Business Administration Specialist
