• Engineer solutions for clients reactively and proactively • Build A+ features and fixes in Salesforce for clients • Craft creative solutions to increase client impact and efficiency • Scope new projects and develop requirements for client Epics and User Stories • Respond to client support requests with grace and speed • Train client staff on Salesforce features • Document detailed business, functional, and technical requirements • Collaborate with teammates to configure Salesforce • Integrate Salesforce with third-party tools • Fuel professional development by learning more about software, nonprofit field, and personal growth

Requirements

• 3+ years experience with administering Salesforce • Significant experience with NPSP or Nonprofit Cloud • Certified Admin is a big plus • 1+ years experience with nonprofits • Ability and excitement to travel occasionally • Ability and excitement to work in Denver office or remotely • Salesforce Developer experience is a plus
