• OpenVPN is seeking a senior requirements engineer (senior business analyst) to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation. • Responsible for eliciting, analyzing, and documenting requirements for high-quality solutions. • Proactive attitude and ownership of documentation are crucial.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in requirements engineering, business analysis, or related roles. • Strong experience in writing technical documentation (functional and technical product specifications) • Experience in telecommunications and/or security domains, confident domain knowledge (networking, protocols, authentication, etc.) is a must • Good understanding of UX best practices • Strong, effective communicator in both written and verbal. • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
