🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in software development. • 3+ years of experience as a software development management or lead. • 2+ years of experience working on a Web3 development team. • Technical knowledge of Ethereum and one or more smart contract programming languages (Solidity, Rust, Cairo, etc.). • Strong problem-solving and communication skills in a collaborative and remote team environment.
