📋 Description
• Oversee all accounting functions and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal policies • Manage the month-end and year-end close process , ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting • Maintain audit-ready books with daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations • Handle general ledger management, journal entries, and adjustments • Monitor cash flow and financial forecasting to optimize business performance • Ensure A/R, A/P, inventory, and payroll processes are effective and accurate • Support tax compliance and reporting , including sales tax and payroll tax • Develop and maintain budgeting and financial forecasting processes • Analyze financial statements and performance trends to support decision-making • Assist with business acquisitions, due diligence, and financial integration
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as a Financial Controller, Accounting Manager, or similar role • Expertise in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and financial reporting tools • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, tax regulations, and financial compliance • Ability to manage multiple financial operations in a fast-paced environment • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate with key stakeholders • CPA certification (preferred but not required)
