📋 Description

• Contract Management – Review, process, and maintain accurate records of contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with policies. • Accounts Management – Support accounts payable and receivable, track invoices, and manage financial transactions. • Financial Recordkeeping – Reconcile bank statements, general ledger accounts, and other financial records. • Compliance Tracking – Monitor contract deadlines, renewals, and terminations to ensure financial and legal obligations are met. • Stakeholder Coordination – Communicate with internal teams and external partners to resolve discrepancies. • Project Coordination – Assist with financial reporting, tax preparation, and process improvement initiatives. • Administrative Support – Maintain systematic documentation, prepare expense reports, and support finance-related tasks. • Monthly & Ad-Hoc Responsibilities – Help prepare financial statements, generate reports, and handle ad-hoc finance tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in contract processing, accounting, or a similar role. • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, Microsoft Excel, and other accounting tools. • Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail. • Experience in U.S. accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance. • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment. • Availability to work within U.S. time zones. • Preferred: • Experience with contract management software or ERP systems. • Familiarity with compliance regulations and financial reporting standards. • Background in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus!
