📋 Description
• We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accountant/Contract processor to join our dynamic team. • This dual-role position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, handling both administrative and financial tasks. • The role involves managing contracts, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the finance team in ensuring compliance and efficiency. • Daily & Weekly Operations: Contract Management, Accounts Management, Financial Recordkeeping, Compliance Tracking, Stakeholder Coordination, Project Coordination, Administrative Support. • Monthly & Ad-Hoc Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of financial statements, custom financial reports, and handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
🎯 Requirements
• Fluency in English language. • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. • 7-10 years of experience in contract processing, accounting, or a similar role. • Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel. • Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment. • Experience with contract management software or ERP systems (preferred). • Familiarity with compliance regulations and financial reporting standards (preferred). • Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment (preferred).
