Description

• Develop and test new features for the WO Traffic products based on internal and external requests. • Improve current architecture and design to increase performance. • Partner with product management, QA, and documentation to deliver high quality software releases. • Collaborate with team members to maintain and improve the product. • Gain and provide domain knowledge in some system segments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in overall software development. • 3+ years’ experience in Delphi; knowledge of Embarcadero’s newer Delphi versions (i.e. XE7 and up) is a plus. • SQL experience is required; MS SQL Server experience is a plus. • Working knowledge of object-oriented design and analysis. • Good algorithmic skills and experience applying design patterns. • Experience working with clients in design, development, testing, and integration. • Willingness to thoroughly unit test and debug complex code. • Excellent communication skills. • Ability to creatively think and problem solve. • Ability to succeed in a self-directed position; pro-active demeanor. • Advertising media industry exposure is a plus.
