🎯 Requirements
• 15+ years of experience in engineering leadership roles, preferably within the blockchain or cryptocurrency sectors. • Expertise in Ethereum, the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM), and Layer 2 scaling technologies. • Experience managing open-source projects and fostering contributor communities is a strong advantage. • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects, from ideation to production. • Deep understanding of software architecture, design principles, and development best practices. • A commitment to security and a passion for protecting and advancing the Ethereum ecosystem.
