• 5+ years of experience in a related role • Extensive hands-on experience with SQL and data visualization • Able to develop quantitative analysis, ad-hoc reports, and models to derive meaning from raw data in order to influence product decisions and direction • Strong communications skills and ability to present work to executive staff • Self-starter owner attitude with an enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment • Firm understanding of statistical principles (eg statistical significance, statistical testing).
