• Proven 5-7 years of experience in Business Strategy, Operations Improvements, or a similar role with a strong focus on process optimization and data analysis. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Data Analysis, Mathematics, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field with relevant experience in operational analytics. • Strong analytical mindset to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. • Proven experience in improving operational processes and management workflows. • Skilled in building and executing business cases focusing on cost-benefit analysis. • Exceptional storytelling ability to present data-driven insights. • Results-oriented focus on achieving measurable outcomes. • Strong leadership potential and ownership of tasks. • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Power BI, Excel, and Python. • Excellent communication and presentation skills with effective stakeholder interaction.
