• Minimum 12+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. • Track record of delivering software solutions in a leadership capacity. • Excellent coding and debugging skills with knowledge of computer architectures, operating systems, and algorithms. • Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, C++, etc. • Mastery over data structures, algorithms, and software design principles. • Proficiency in working with relational databases and SQL is a plus. • Experience with Git and cloud technologies like AWS or Azure. • Depth in multiple technologies from frontend to backend to databases. • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills. • Excellent communication, interpersonal abilities, and collaboration skills. • Attention to detail and track record of using metrics for decisions. • Ownership mindset and passion for innovation. • Ability to mentor and lead a team of engineers. • Desire for a hybrid role combining technical execution with people management.
