Requirements

• Proven 5-7 years of experience in Business Strategy, Operations Improvements, or a similar role with a strong focus on process optimization and data analysis, or • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Data Analysis, Mathematics, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field, with relevant experience in operational analytics. • Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. • Process Optimization: Proven experience in improving both operational processes and operations management workflows. • Business Case Development: Skilled in building and executing business cases with a focus on cost-benefit analysis and strategic impact. • Storytelling: Exceptional ability to present data-driven insights in a clear, compelling way to influence decision-making. • Results-Oriented: Ability to see the broader business impact of recommendations and focus on achieving measurable outcomes. • Leadership and Ownership: Strong potential to lead initiatives and take ownership of tasks. • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Power BI, Excel, and Python. • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
