•We are seeking a talented and versatile Creative Specialist to join our fast-growing team and play a key role in shaping our brand’s visual identity. •You’ll be responsible for creating impactful visuals and multimedia content that align with our marketing strategies and resonate with our audience. •As a Creative Specialist, you will work closely with the Growth Marketing team and collaborate with developers to produce high-quality digital ads, videos, and landing pages. •You’ll also ensure that all creative assets align with our brand guidelines, providing a consistent look and feel across various platforms. •This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative individual looking to make a mark in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.

Requirements

•Experience: 3+ years in graphic design, creative production, or a similar role. •Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Canva, and Figma. •Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing digital ad creation, graphic design, and landing page design. •Video Skills: Experience in video editing and motion graphics. •Collaboration: Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with multiple departments and stakeholders. •Creativity & Attention to Detail: Strong creative abilities with a focus on delivering visually appealing content. •Nice-to-Haves: •Web Development Skills: Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for landing page customization. •Optimization Skills: Experience with A/B testing and optimizing creative assets. •UX/UI Knowledge: Familiarity with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles. •Startup/Agency Experience: Previous experience working in fast-paced environments, marketing agencies, or startups. •Marketing Insight: Knowledge of marketing funnels, user journeys, and conversion rate optimization.
