• Who We Are: At Oppizi, we are pioneering the offline performance marketing space, providing brands with innovative ways to reach local audiences through multichannel campaigns. • Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and highly creative Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. • Key Responsibilities: Develop and design high-quality flyers and other marketing materials. • Start as a hands-on designer and gradually transition into a leadership role. • Work closely with internal customers and eventually engage with external clients. • Utilize tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and stock image platforms to create compelling designs. • Establish and refine the processes within the graphic design department to optimize efficiency and output.
Requirements
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a background in an agency setting. • Portfolio: A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing your ability to deliver creative and effective designs across various mediums. This portfolio will be a key component of the recruitment process. • Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading and managing design teams. While the initial phase will be hands-on, the role will quickly evolve into a leadership position. • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in explaining design concepts to non-design stakeholders. • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and familiarity with stock image platforms. • Project Management: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering high-quality work on time. You should be comfortable managing 3-5 different projects per week.
