• Extensive experience in creative direction and digital design • Strong portfolio showcasing digital and interactive design work • Proven leadership and project management skills • Demonstrable creative direction and strategic thinking • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, and inVision • Solid understanding of interaction design principles and usability practices • Experience in mentoring associate-level designers • Experience in interacting with clients • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and current web design trends • Have an eye for detail, be highly organized, self-motivated with the ability to take ownership in areas of responsibility • Strong communication skills in English • Bonus for: Experience with designing for content-driven websites
