Description

• Responsible for generating new outbound leads, setting appointments, managing sales pipeline, and pursuing new sales opportunities. • Follow the established Sales Playbook and Sales Process. • Independently manage your sales pipeline, including prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals to meet or exceed targets. • Generate new outbound leads through email campaigns, social media outreach, and cold calling. • Identify potential clients, understand their needs, and create tailored sales opportunities. • Work closely with the Sales Team to nurture leads and ensure all opportunities progress effectively.

Requirements

• 2-3 years in software development and/or digital marketing services sales. • Experience working as a Business Development Representative (BDR), Sales Development Representative (SDR), Sales Expert and/or Account Executive in an eCommerce agency. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential for engaging with prospects and clients. • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. • Strong ability to manage multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously, with attention to detail and effective time management. • Exceptional ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with prospects and clients. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.
