• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal CSR | Law Clerk. • Support client communication, case management, and legal documentation. • Handle inbound and outbound client inquiries regarding case statuses. • Manage follow-ups to ensure smooth case progress and timely resolution. • Prepare and format legal documents, including demand packages. • Utilize case management software for data entry, tracking, and reporting. • Demonstrate proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Suite.
🎯 Requirements
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills. • Proven experience drafting legal documents (e.g., demand packages). • Mandatory: Background in a call center, BPO, or legal support role. • Experience handling mass tort cases is an advantage. • Comfortable making outbound calls throughout the shift. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. • Experience with Casepacer, Rubris, or similar legal software is a plus.
