• We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Legal Drafter with a strong background in US immigration law to join our team. • The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen ability to craft compelling narratives for submission to government agencies. • A background in law is preferred, and candidates must demonstrate proficiency in legal research, drafting legal documents, and storytelling for immigration petitions. • Draft and prepare a variety of legal documents, including but not limited to legal briefs, motions, case law analysis, and citations. • Develop compelling narratives that effectively tell an individual’s story for submission to government agencies, focusing on humanitarian, investment, and employment-based immigration sectors. • Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations. • Collaborate with attorneys and legal teams to draft petition letters, cover letters, and support letters that align with case objectives. • Analyze facts and case law to draft well-structured legal arguments and conclusions. • Ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with legal standards in all drafted documents. • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. • Utilize legal software and communication tools such as Filevine, Google Hangouts, and WhatsApp for document management and team collaboration.
