• The Senior Recruiter will play a key role in sourcing, identifying, and attracting talented individuals to join our team of Filipino Virtual Assistants (VAs). • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to candidate onboarding. • Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to source and attract qualified candidates. • Demonstrate a deep understanding of outsourcing dynamics and the ability to identify candidates with the right skills for virtual assistance roles. • Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure a strong match with job requirements and company culture. • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of solid recruitment experience, with a focus on outsourcing and virtual assistant roles. • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding. • Proficient in using Bamboo HR or similar applicant tracking systems. • Familiarity with other relevant recruitment tools and platforms. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to effectively communicate with diverse candidates and stakeholders. • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
