• Work for a leader in the SaaS industry, specializing in software solutions for insurance companies. • The Senior Manager – Enterprise Applications (Workday & ServiceNow) plays a crucial leadership role in aligning enterprise systems with strategic business goals. • Lead a team responsible for the development, optimization, and management of core business applications.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience. • 6+ years of experience in enterprise application management with a strong emphasis on Workday and ServiceNow. • At least 3 years of team leadership experience in a global business setting. • Proven experience managing HR and Finance systems, with a strong preference for Workday and ServiceNow. • Deep understanding of system integration and data migration strategies involving these platforms. • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills. • Vendor management and cross-functional collaboration experience. • Familiarity with regulatory compliance and governance in enterprise systems.
