Requirements
• Extensive hands-on experience with CCM solutions, with a strong preference for Quadient expertise. • Proven experience in business analytics, solutions architecture, or a related role. • Strong technical understanding of CCM tools and their integration with other systems. • Proficiency in designing and architecting enterprise-level CCM solutions. • Knowledge of cloud-based solutions and modern IT infrastructures. • High consultancy skill level, with a strong ability for upselling or consultancy selling. • Excellent problem-solving skills and self-management capabilities. • High level of communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills. • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
