Description

• Oversee software engineering teams, aligning development with business goals. • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and career development for team members. • Drive high performance, innovation, and process improvements. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, scalable solutions. • Uphold the "you build it, you run it" philosophy, where engineers take ownership of the code from writing to monitoring. • Lead in a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment with teams organized by product and platform, operating in two-week sprints.

Requirements

• 6+ years in software development • 4+ with .NET Core • 3+ in leadership roles • Deep knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and cloud computing (Azure, AWS, or GCP) • Proficiency with .NET (C#), Java/Kotlin, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools • Excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and strong problem-solving abilities
