Description

• We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Veeva Implementor to join our client's team. • In this role, you will be responsible for designing, customizing, and maintaining our Veeva CRM system. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions. • Oversee all Veeva projects, manage budget and timelines. • Configure and customize Veeva CRM based on business requirements. • Design and implement solutions that align with best practices and industry standards. • Develop and maintain system documentation, including configuration guides and user manuals. • Conduct testing and validation to ensure quality and accuracy of system configurations. • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end users. • Stay current with Veeva product updates and new features.

Requirements

• Experience in managing the Veeva system. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). • At least 3 years experience as a Veeva CRM implementor or administrator. • Strong understanding of Veeva CRM functionality and capabilities. • Hands-on experience with Veeva configurations, custom objects, and reports. • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Veeva certifications (e.g., Veeva Administrator, Veeva Developer) are a plus. • English - Fluent.
