• Orbis is seeking an experienced management consultant to lead qualitative research and program evaluation activities for a client under the US INDOPACIFIC Command. • The consultant will have the opportunity to demonstrate intellectual agility by leading research design, data collection, and data analysis activities to produce and implement recommendations. • This project features the opportunity to interact with a wide range of key stakeholders, including those at senior levels. • This is an exciting opportunity for an intellectually curious, energetic management consultant to work on a project with real impact.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required for this position. • Minimum of 3 years' experience in an analytic role, ideally in the DoD. • Master’s degree in business, social science, or behavioral science preferred but not required for this position. • US Citizenship • Active TS/SCI clearance • Ability to extract insights from a wide variety of sometimes disparate data sources, including technical networks and communications specifications to produce comprehensive, tailored deliverables • Experience developing presentations and providing briefings to middle and senior management • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including visual representation of data using charts and graphs • Proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint • Ability to perform in an individual contributor role while also excelling in a team environment • Demonstrated experience leading program evaluation activities • Experience with survey design and analysis • Ability to analyze information and identify implications for policy, processes, communications, and training • Familiarity with advanced statistical concepts • Master’s degree in business, social science, or behavioral science is a plus • Mandarin Chinese or Taiwanese language is helpful but not required
