• More than one million people in the United States today are fighting blood cancer. • Orca Bio is a late-stage biotechnology company redefining the transplant process. • The Head of Legal will provide legal counsel and support on various corporate matters. • Ideal candidate will have corporate law experience in the life sciences industry.
🎯 Requirements
• JD degree from an accredited law school • 7-10+ years of experience in corporate law • Current admission to any state bar in good standing (California preferred) • Life Science industry experience • Experience with strategic and financing transactions, including IPO, equity, and/or M&A
